Since I was old enough to stand, you’d find me with my finger in the mixing bowl and here I am, quite a few years later, and nothing much has changed.

I’ve always loved to bake, but it was only after the births of my daughters that my love for designing and decorating really took off. As each child grew so did their demands and I soon found myself immersed in a new hobby. In order to hone my skill level to keep up with their increasingly complex requests, I pored over books and blogs and absorbed YouTube Tutorials and TV Shows – that was it, I was hooked!

This is where I am now. A self-taught baker and decorator ready to take on your requests. I can promise you that, although my finger can no longer be found in the mixing bowl, all my recipes have been taste tested by friends and family in order to make sure that every bite will live up to your expectations.

I love a challenge whether it’s turning a very simple design into something show stopping or merging the random to celebrate the eclectic tastes of the recipient. Your cake, your way.
